2. DESIGN IN-HOUSE

   Design:

   Fine Concept Engineering has a well-equipped design team to cater new inquiries and prepare all types of presentation from the concept to final layouts with details of floors, walls and ceilings. The design also produces 3D real type of effect to ensure that the design is developed to Clients satisfaction and requirement.

   Setting – Out:

   Complete Computer Aided Design (CAD) facilities with latest software to produce complete workshop drawings to the finest details in joinery, marble works, etc. This team is well-versed in preparation of cutting list for the workshop requirement to get correct dimension after complete assembly. Our team is equipped with Laser Measurement equipment for the correct site measurements for perfection in production.

3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

   Scope of Work:

   • Administer, co-ordinate, programme and monitor all activities (including without limitation the activities if all the consultants, contractors, direct procurement suppliers) associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion and initial operation of the project in order that the requirements and objectives of the employer are met and in particular that the project is completed as per quality, on time and within budget.
   • Provide all recommendations, advice, instructions, notifications, approvals and reports.

HUMAN RESOURCE

Currently, Fine Concept Engineering has operatives working at various levels and trades be it Marble fixers, Gypsum workers, Carpenters, Painters, etc.
There are foremen and assistant to the foremen in all the departments to ensure smooth flow of instructions and information’s supervised by a highly capable professional team of Engineers & Technical Staff.

COMPANY STRUCTURE

1. DESIGN

   The Designers prepare the design, layouts, presentations, specifications and finishing schedule as per the Client's requirements / satisfaction.

2. Q.S & PROCUREMENT

   Once, the design is completed by the Design Department, the full package is handed over to the Estimation for preparing detailed priced Bill of Quantity. On completion of this process, the same will be submitted to the management for approval. In turn a technical and financial offer will be submitted to the Client, which includes design, specification, concept drawings, priced Bill of Quantity and program of work.

3. SETTING OUT

   Fine Concept Engineering has its own in-house design team to cater to the needs of our Clients, with both Manual and Computer Aided Design (CAD) facilities. We can produce complete workshop drawings to the finest details. This team is well versed in preparation of cutting list for the workshop requirement. We also manufacture, according to Clients design specification and standards. Fine Concept Engineering is fully equipped with latest integral machine linked computers and plotters for setting-out control.

4. CONTRACTS

   All the contractual matters will be under this department from the signing of contract up to completion of the project.

5. PROJECTS

   On awarding of a project, a Project Manager will be appointed and fully briefed on the contract requirements.

   1. Initially the Project Manager will confirm the programme of works and update it if required.
   2. The Project Managers works include Coordination with design & setting out department for the site measurement and shop drawings.
   3. Programme the resources and labor requirements.
   4. Arrange the site facilities, storage areas, site accommodations, preparation of commencement of work on site.
   5. Coordination with Procurement Department to programme and order the materials on priority basis.
   6. Appointing sub-contractors and follow-up with their activities.
   7. Coordinates with the Client for a satisfactory completion of the project.

6. QUALITY ASSURRANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)

   Fine Concept Engineering has an independent quality assurance and control department to ensure all quality aspects and procedures are implemented both in the manufacturing progress and on site application.

7. SAFETY

   Fine Concept Engineering is fully committed to Safety policy and practice, to achieve that end, and has its own independent Safety Department headed by a capable and experienced Safety Manager assisted by qualified Safety Officers distributed On Projects Site to ensure that all safety procedures are followed and all safety precautions are taken.

8. PLANNING AND PROJECT CONTROL

   In order to ensure the accurate and timely execution of the jobs that are entrusted to us by our Client, Fine Concept Engineering has its own capable PCS department headed by an experienced Planning Manager and assisted by professional planning engineers that make sure all the projects undertaken are carefully planned and executed on time in a cost effective manner.

9. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, COST MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET CONTROL
   • Prepare cash flow for the project based on the construction schedule and other terms of payment with the suppliers and contractors.
   • Review project cost at regular intervals between planned and actual cost and forecast effect of changes, if any.
   • Processing change orders and back charges (if any) starting from identification and study, evaluation, approval, incorporation, payment and documentation.
   • Study and analysis of contractor’s claims, if any, handling and processing the claims, arbitration to resolve disputed claims.
   • Monitor and prevent incorrect and inappropriate changes.
   • Review modifications in construction if any, due to site conditions and advise on variation to cost.
